Visual Design.
Native AI features a streamlined dashboard that clearly shows which AI agent (Legal, Finance, Support, or Technical) you are currently working with. The interface presents a clean task overview where actions are organized into Completed, In Progress, and Needs Attention categories. Each AI agent has distinctive visual cues, making navigation simple and intuitive. The design focuses on clarity, speed, and transparency, ensuring users always know what their AI agent is doing and what requires their input.

What I solved.
Users often struggle to manage tasks across different operational areas such as Legal, Finance, Support, and Technical workflows. Work gets scattered, progress is hard to track, and important tasks can be missed due to unclear communication or lack of visibility. Native AI solves this by introducing specialized AI agents supported by a unified dashboard that centralizes all activity. Users can instantly see what each agent is working on, with tasks clearly organized into Completed, In Progress, and Needs Attention categories. Combined with integrated chat for real-time communication, this setup streamlines task execution, reduces manual effort, and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.

Outcome.
The pilot showed that users gained much better visibility and control over their workflows. The dashboard made it effortless to track progress, while the AI agents completed tasks efficiently and highlighted items requiring user action. This resulted in faster turnaround times, reduced manual effort, and a far smoother operational experience across Legal, Finance, Support, and Technical areas.
