Visual Design.
The design of the B2B Employer Platform emphasized clarity, scalability, and consistency. Leveraging Native Teams’ refreshed branding, I crafted a cohesive visual language with a modern, professional aesthetic that balances functionality with approachable, user-friendly interfaces. Key design elements such as typography, color hierarchy, and iconography, were optimised to guide users through complex workflows intuitively, ensuring accessibility and efficiency across the platform. Interactive components and dashboards were carefully designed to provide clear feedback and actionable insights at every step.

What I solved.
Employers managing global teams often face fragmented workflows, complex payroll processes, and compliance challenges, with existing tools lacking integration and making onboarding, employee management, and payroll administration cumbersome and error-prone. To address this, I led the end-to-end design of a unified B2B platform that streamlines these tasks. By conducting extensive user research, mapping workflows, and iterating on prototypes, I created intuitive onboarding flows, employee management dashboards, and payroll/compliance tools that centralize critical HR functions, reduce friction, and provide employers with a clear, actionable overview of their global workforce.
